The problem is not in the viruses, but in the body’s ability to cope successfully with them.
People are exposed to viruses every day, have them in the organism, but they get sick when the immune system falls. So the problem is not the viruses by themselves, but the body’s ability to successfully cope with them.
For strengthening the immune system is enough to purchase some groceries , make a cocktail with them and consume it every day.
A few simple drinks for strengthening the immunity:
- Take a ginger root and boil it as tea. After is cooled slightly, add honey and lemon.
- Boil ginger in water, let it stand for five minutes and then add chamomile tea. Strain and add lemon juice and honey.
- Boil cinnamon and after it cools add honey.
For strengthening the immune system is also important to get enough sleep because the lack of sleep exhausts the body, so it is more prone to diseases.
Syrup for strengthening the immunity from the home workshop:
- 100 g. dried apricots
- 50 g. aronia
- 100 g. dried figs
- 200 g. dried prunes
- 1 medium ginger root
- 100 ml. lemon juice
- 100 g. almonds
- 100 g. nuts
- 50 pr. hazelnuts
- 50 g. cranberry
- 3 tablespoons of honey with propolis and royal jelly
Put all ingredients in a glass bowl, but first chop the large dried fruits, grind the nut fruits and grate the ginger root. Blend all together with a mixer. Place the syrup in a glass jar or bowl and leave to stand for several days before use.
The syrup can be consumed by children older than two years, one teaspoon each morning. The older children and adults take one tablespoon of the syrup per day.
