Ginger

Ginger as an ancient east spice is well known long ago because of its miraculous healing properties. But ginger is important as well for separating the layer of mucus in the lungs of the smokers.

Turmeric

This astounding yellow spice is full with vitamins and minerals, and contains curative omega-3 fatty acids. Turmeric has antibacterial, antiviral and anticancer properties, so it’s very preferable to be included in your daily diet.

Recipe for a drink that provides  cleaning of the lungs from smoking:

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz /400 g onions
  •  34 oz /1 liter of water
  • 14 oz /400 g of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  •  Cleaned small root ginger

Preparation:

Put the pan on heat. Pour the water and sugar together and let them cook. Add the Clean the onions, chop them into quarters and put in the pan. Add the grated ginger root (about the size of your thumb). Than add turmeric and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat. Cook until the amount is reduced twice, than strain it and put it in a glass jar. After the mixture will be completely cooled, you should place the drink in the refrigerator. Take in the morning on empty stomach two tablespoons of the prepared drink, and two tablespoons also in evening, two hours after a meal.
