Don’t waste your time, start it immediately and you will be surprised with the amazing results. For only 15 days you can lose up to 15 kg.

Diet for 15 days

 

Breakfast is the same throughout the 15 days, and consists of 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, melon, watermelon, – banana and grapes are forbidden) toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

1st day

1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 cup (500 gr) of sour milk (yogurt)
Dinner
2 tomatoes or 2 dcl. boiled tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
½ bunch lettuce or cucumber
2 rusks (toasts)

2nd day
Lunch
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 cup (500 gr) of sour milk (yogurt)
Dinner
125 gr. boiled veal
1 tomato
1 orange
1 rusk (toast)
1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

3rd day
Lunch
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 cup (500 gr) of sour milk (yogurt)
1 bunch lettuce or cucumber
Dinner
125 gr. boiled veal
1 orange
1 rusk (toast)
1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

4th day
Lunch
125 gr. cow cheese
1 tomato
1 rusk (toast)
Dinner
125 gr. boiled veal
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 rusk (toast)

5th day
Lunch
200 gr. boiled meat or fish
1 tomato
1 rusk (toast)
Dinner
1/2 kg. boiled vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
1 boiled egg
1 rusk (toast)
NOTE: The meat and cooked vegetable are spiced with a little bit of himalayan salt or with spice of dehydrated vegetables. The 6th and 7th day are free of diet.
During the diet do not drink alcohol.

After 5 days you can lose from 2.5 to 5 kg, and after two days without diet, repeat the diet twice in five days and after 15 days of diet you can lose 15 kg. without health consequences. The lost kg. will not be returned after the diet, even with normal eating, but if you eat each Monday:
Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar
Lunch: 1 apple, 1 toast
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Diet for 15 days-2
Advertised groceries can be taken hot or cold but it is important to take them in the given order and not to omit any one. If are not taken in the order or if you change some of the groceries you will not achieve the desired effect.
