- 125 gr. fresh cabbage
- 1 lemon
- 25 gr. celery
- 250 gr. of fresh pears
- ginger (piece of 2 cm)
- 500 ml water, 4-5 mint leaves.
Chop the pear, cabbage, celery and ginger into pieces, place them in a blender and pour with a glass of water. Turn on the blender and mix well. Then add the juice of squeezed lemon and the rest of the water and mint. Mix well and serve in glass cups.
