• One small cucumber
  • Half cup of grape (any kind of grape)
  • Half a cup of fresh spinach
  • Two kiwi
  • Half cup water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them until the mixture becomes fully smooth and turned into a liquid. Drink it on an empty stomach, but only fresh prepared.
Kiwi has Vitamin C that helps in the iron absorption from the spinach. The drink is rich in antioxidants and fiber, so it has multiple benefits and is healthy for the whole organism. It is allowed to drink it whenever you want, and its constant consumption will help you to increase the iron level in your blood as well as it will strengthen your immune system and the body’s energy. If you don’t have a kiwi or you are allergic on kiwi, you can substitute it with orange.
